Not for the timid or faint of heart. This is one of a kind and the results can probably not be replicated. We let a tasty IPA from the local brewery at Eskilstuna Ölkultur ferment with our own strain of aceto-bacteria. After a two years of maturation we added a distinct note of smoke from birch and beech.
Tastes great in mayonaise, sauces, dressings, marinades, drinks and on french fries, chips, fried fish, baked potatoes, rost root veg, sausages and a lot of other things we haven’t thought about yet.
Only 50 bottles made. Every bottle is singed and numbered.
