We introduced our own aceto bacteria to a batch of locally produced IPA from Eskilstuna ölkultur and let it mature for two years. The result is funky, high in acid and extremely complex. You have never tried anything like it.

Tastes great in mayonaise, sauces, dressings, marinades, drinks and on french fries, chips, fried fish, baked potatoes, rost root veg, sausages and a lot of other things we haven’t thought about yet.
